About Us
At St Mary's Metropolitan District, we are committed to maintaining the roads and providing recreation in the neighborhoods of Alice and Winterland. Our commitment to our community is road maintenance, snow removal, and providing recreation within our community. Our board of directors is run by volunteers that take pride in keeping our community safe and enjoyable for everyone. We meet every 3rd Monday of the month.
The board consists of:

Patrick Nolet: President
Danny Reisbeck: Secretary
Robert Lancaster: Treasurer
Chuck Longhenry: Operations
Pete Ward: Operations

Snow Removal/ Plowing
Plowing operations will be active between the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. after a minimum of 4 inches of snow has fallen.
PLEASE remove any vehicles and/or other items from roadway to facilitate the most efficient operations possible. The easier you make it for the plows, the faster they will be able to address all roads.
Living at St. Mary's requires a certain awareness and responsibility on the part of residents. The appropriate types of vehicles must be utilized (front wheel, 4-wheel, or all-wheel drive), and tire type and condition must be adequate in order to successfully navigate the winter season. Plowing staff will always do their best, but cannot guarantee that all vehicles will be able to travel at all times.
Effort will be made to minimize the creation of berms at the end of driveways, but it is not possible to eliminate them altogether. This is another reality of life at 10,500 feet elevation.
Road Maintenance
St Mary's Metropolitan District maintains our roads by grading, ditching, putting down millings and road base, and installing/replacing culverts. These are completed in the summer months.
Recreation
St Mary's Metropolitan District is committed to creating safe, family-friendly recreational spaces for our community. Please enjoy at your own risk!
